REFUNDS
Here at Ayin Wear we pride on having a high standard of quality with everything we produce. However, we do not cover lens scratches, wear and tear, mishandling or abuse of any of our products.
If the product/s received are damaged, please return the product/s (must include pouch and protective box) to us for an in-house inspection within 10 days of when it was delivered to you. If you need to return your products:
Package them up securely in a cardboard box or bubble wrap. Put your name, return address, mobile number, email address, and a copy of your dated purchase receipt in the package. Send your package to:

We recommend the use of a trackable shipping service or the purchase of a shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we unfortunately can’t be responsible for it if it gets lost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We’ll let you know once we’ve received your product/s, and if they are defective, we will be more than happy to send you a replacement. If they aren’t defective, repair charges may apply.
Please note if the product/s are returned and found to be in poor condition upon examination (which includes wear or sweat marks to the lens, scratches/damage to the lens or any other part of the frame) this will void the warranty.

Here at Ayin we design and sell premium eyewear. We are so confident you will love our frames and that is why we back every sale with a 30-DAY - 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
If you don't like your frames or if they just don't suit you, return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Once received and the condition is confirmed you will then be able to exchange your item for a product of the same value OR receive a store credit of equal value to your purchase OR receive a full refund.
Any items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund.
ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

Must be in all original casing, packaging and protection and still in undamaged condition.
