All deliveries will be shipped by Canada Post or UPS. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business day, you can rest assured everything will be done on our end to ensure you can receive your order ASAP.

Please note the customer is liable to pay for any taxes. Any international customs tax, import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as Ayin Wear only charge for the product and transportation. Please make enquiries at your country’s customs office as appropriate.

Some delivery delays can be expected due to the current Covid - 19 pandemic and the impact this has had to freight and logistics services worldwide. Any delays imposed by our logistics partners are beyond our control, and we can not be held responsible for this. However, if an order is delayed by our logistics partner, we will do all we can to liaise with them and help resolve any issues.

The buyer holds all responsibility for any missing or stolen parcels when the buyer has made a request with the courier for the parcel to be 'left in a safe place.'

Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct. The buyer holds all responsibility for stolen, or lost delivery as a result of input of wrong shipment information.
